Project Overview:
WavMaker, a sync music start-up, brought me on to lead all creative efforts across brand and product. As a T-shaped creative leader, I drove the development of a new brand identity, led product and UX design initiatives, and crafted digital advertising strategies for web and social media. I also managed third-party partners, including PR firms, digital agencies, and freelance creatives. To support cross-functional collaboration, I implemented Asana as a project management tool and trained the entire company in its use.

Responsibilities:

  • Led creative strategy and brand design across marketing and product touchpoints

  • Directed in-house designers and managed relationships with external agencies and freelancers

  • Oversaw concept development and execution for digital advertising and media buying

  • Played a hybrid strategic and hands-on role across brand, product, and campaign work
