user experience motion design conceptual design
Client: IBM
Project Type: Digital Conceptual Experience (Lead Generation)
Project Length: 3 months (Concept to Completion)
Role: Creative Director
Results: Increased workshop sign-ups by 15%. (Workshops cost 10k - 20k per person)
Project Overview:
IBM’s Supply Chain division approached our team at Havas to help modernize their client acquisition approach for an AI-focused supply chain workshop. Their existing sales tool—a dated PowerPoint deck—was failing to engage. I led the creative development of an immersive, fully animated digital experience that replaced the static deck. The concept guided prospective clients through the workshop journey, positioning IBM as a leader in AI transformation and showing how participants could go from "AI zero to AI hero" in just a few weeks.
Responsibilities:
Defined and led the creative vision for the project
Managed and mentored the design team while contributing hands-on design work
Developed initial storyboards and directed the creation of high-fidelity screens
Oversaw the client relationship and ensured alignment between creative output and business goals
The original deck used by IBM to sell the workshop
A key visual from the final experience
A rough storyboard outlining the experience
Storyboards evolved, slowly adding color and brand elements.

Character design and definition
Next, we had to define the world's aesthetics, which we kept very minimal.
A more refined user journey with defined illustration styles was developed so our tech team could begin building the world.
